Zonta Club of Central Oklahoma Foundation STEM Scholarship

Amount: $1,000

Application Deadline: November 30, 2018.

Eligibility criteria:

  • Current undergraduate female enrolled at an accredited college/university
     
  • US Citizen or Permanent Resident and resident of Oklahoma
     
  • Enrolled in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) related field
     
  • Earned at least 30 college credit hours at the time of application
     
  • Strong high school academic study prep in a STEM-related field
     
  • At least 3.0 Overall GPA

Edmond Women's Club Adult Women's College Scholarship

Amount: Varies

Application Deadline: Postmarked no later than Thursday, February 1, 2019.

Eligibility criteria:

  • United States citizen.
     
  • Resident of the city of Edmond as defined by street address, live within the Edmond city boundaries, or live within the Edmond School district or have a significant interest in the Edmond Community.
     
  • Have successfully completed twenty-four (24) college credit hours at the time of application.
     
  • Applicants will be considered on the basis of demonstrated financial need, hours required to complete degree, career and educational goals, achievements and references.
     
  • The application package must include the completed and signed application (typed or printed in black ink), official transcripts of all completed college work and two letters of recommendation.

Hearing Loss Association of America Central Oklahoma Chapter (HLAACOC) Scholarship

Amount: Varies

Application Deadline: April 8, 2019

Eligibility criteria:

  • Attending higher education in Fall 2019
     
  • Resident of Oklahoma
     
  • Complete application and 1,000-3,000-word essay of the story of how hearing loss has affected applicant's life.
     
  • Present documentation of hearing loss, copy of birth certificate or state ID, Oklahoma residence and phone number, transcript showing GPA, Oklahoma institution of higher education acceptance letter.

Western Union Foundation Global Scholarship Program

Amount: $2,500

Eligibility criteria:

  • Attending an accredited post-secondary institution
     
  • Seeking an undergraduate degree in science, technology, engineering, mathematics or business/entrepreneurship
     
  • Between 18 and 26 year of age on June 1, 2019
     
  • Provide letter of recommendation from teacher or professor

Eligibility criteria:

  • Kay County, Oklahoma resident or high school graduate
     
  • College junior, senior or graduate student
     
  • Majoring in special education, speech therapy, physical therapy or related field
     
  • Enrolled in a minimum of 12 credit hours
     
  • 3.00 Overall GPA
     
  • Provide official college transcript, resume, short essay describing future career plans and how plans relate to scholarship application, and 3 letters of recommendation.

Spring 2019 P.E.O. Scholarship for Non-Traditional Women Undergraduates

Application Deadline: January 25, 2019

Award Amount: Prorated according to number of hours enrolled

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Must be 25 year of age or older
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
  • Must have a minimum 12 hours at OSU (or OSU Tulsa) with 3.0 or above GPA
  • Must have a minimum 3.00 Overall GPA
  • Must be a full-time (12 or more hours) or part-time (less than 12 hours) undergraduate for Spring 2018
